The event kicked off with an informative session on domestic abuse,
shedding light on the resources available to women in vulnerable situations. There was also an insightful session on Online Cyber-Security, educating attendees about safeguarding personal information in an increasingly digital world.
Mental health was another key focus, with a discussion centred around Mental Health Awareness, addressing the importance of seeking support and breaking the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
A particularly powerful presentation was given on
Breast Cancer Awareness, emphasising early detection and regular screenings. Leading gynaecologists spoke on
Gynaecology & Menopause, followed by a deep dive into the complexities of
Perimenopause—all designed to empower women with knowledge about their bodies during crucial life stages.
The event concluded with a legal briefing from the Centre of Military Justice, highlighting the legal rights of women in military settings and offering support for those facing injustices within that space.
