Dr Jack Watling, Research Fellow for Land Warfare at the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI), chairs the panel for session two to Outline the Challenge alongside Professor Anthony King, Chair of War Studies at the University of Warwick, Sahr Muhammedally, Director for MENA at the Centre for Civilians in Conflict (CIVIC) and Abby Zeith, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC).

Exercise LIONHEART was the internal name given to the Allied Rapid Reaction Corps' Multi-domain Operations in the Urban Environment conference held at the London Science Museum on 5^th July 2022. The conference focused on the operational level and brought together experts from the military, academia and civilian organisations to discuss the challenges of MDO in the urban environment.
