Commander ARRC, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff brief personnel

INNSWORTH, United Kingdom - Service members of the ARRC gathered at the Imjin Briefing Centre on Monday for an address by the Headquarters Allied Rapid Reaction Corps (HQ ARRC) Commander, Deputy Commander (DCOM) and the Chief of Staff (COS) as they prepare to head into a busy exercise season. The Commander, Lieutenant General Tim Radford CB DSO OBE, called the staff together to explain his Intent over the next few years.
"I wanted to gather you  together at the start of this very busy period to hear from me, the DCOM and the COS, principally to make sure you understand my objectives, our direction of travel, and the great importance we place on interoperability and alliance cohesion," Radford said.

He then spoke about corps recalibration, the ARRC’s future role as a Joint Task Force Headquarters (JTFHQ), the importance of leadership and the requirement to maintain the ARRC’s capability as a Land Component Command for the remainder of this year.

"Our main effort remains readiness for our Land Component Command for the enhanced NATO Response Force" he said.
