Life at HQ ARRC is very unique with 21 different nations represented within the HQ, we are truly a diverse community. To help you and your family acclimatise to your new community we organise briefings and tours for the Service Personnel. Dependents and families are looked after by the Welfare team.

Booking into the HQ

Accessing HQ ARRC is a relatively simple process that can be broken down into the following areas;

HQ ARRC Sponsor; In order to visit HQ ARRC you must have a sponsor. This is usually the individual you are visiting, operating on behalf of or in terms of permanent staff, who you are replacing. Your sponsor will be able to provide you with the appropriate contact details (telephone number/email) in order to submit your details and provide any up-to-date advice that may be required in terms of security etc.

Visitor(s); Prior to being granted access, any future member of staff or visitors (including contractors) are required to forward their Security Clearances to the ARRC Security team, where possible, 5 working days ahead of the scheduled visit. Clearances are to be confirmed and disseminated by your organisation's nominated vetting officer/team. Any issues should be highlighted to your HQ ARRC sponsor.
